  • For removal of struvite in vertical supernate lines and on belt filter presses.

Directions for use on Belt Filter Presses:

    1. Follow all safety precautions on label.

    2. Rotate belt press with wash water off.

    3. Using power drum pump and hose and nozzle, continuously wet all deposits while press is rotating.

    4. Approximately ever 1/2 hour, cease chemical addition and rinse down (flush away) deposits with garden hose and nozzle assembly.

Directions for use on Verticle Supernate Lines:

    1. Follow all safety precautions on label.

    2. Cease supernating thru the line you desire to clean.

    3. Use a suitable chemical feed pump and necessary length of flexible tubing to reach the top of the supernate line. In the end of the flexible line, rig a temporary bracket to position the flexible tubing in the center of the supernate line.

    4. Slip over the tube a short length (3-4 feet) of PVC. This will keep the tubing straight. On the end of the flexible line, add a spinning nozzle. Turn on the pump and every pulse of the pump will put out a fine rotary mist of WASH-UP which will be absorbed by the struvite. This will completely dissolve your deposits.
